Your Personal Information

You may provide certain personal information, such as your first and last name, the country you live in, PayPal address/ID, physical address and email address.

None of which will be sold, or shared unless consented and approved between the parties and in our website function such as a business to business referral, or a relationship between a registered business and  registered resident receiving predetermined and desired promotions.

The device geo-location address, or physical address provided while entering the Seeingit.com website permits a User to zero in, providing a search for local businesses, services and events -  "things to see and do." This is a starting and endpoint function solely used for a location based search and a mapping system. Addresses are not retained or used for any other or solicitation purposes.

Seeingit.com uses OAuth (Open Authorization), a open standard for token-based authentication and authorization on the Internet allowing a User to register and log in using account information  by third-party services, such as Google, PayPal, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram without exposing the user's password. OAuth acts as an intermediary on behalf of the end User, providing the service with an access token that authorizes specific account information to be shared to simplify registration and login.

Applicability of Terms

If you are using the services of Seeingit.com on behalf of another account owner (e.g., as an administrator, consultant or marketing manager), the Terms of Service apply to your activities and are binding on the account owner or entity.

Indemnity for Non-Personal Use

If you are using the Seeingit.com services on behalf of a company, business or other entity, or for  commercial purposes, we’ve added an indemnity provision, which requires you and the entity to protect us against certain legal actions.

A log of certain information is automatically collected and maintained for system performance and maintenance purposes, as well as system security requirements. This information includes: (1) the home server domain names, e-mail addresses, type of client computer, and type of Web browser of visitors to its Web sites, (2) the email addresses of Users that communicate with Seeingit.com via email, or (3) information knowingly provided by the visitor in online forms, registration forms, surveys, and contest entries, and (4) information on what pages visitors access. Seeingit.com does not correlate this information to individual user names. Seeingit.com will only disclose usage information without your permission when required by law, or in good faith belief that such action is necessary to investigate or protect against harmful activities to hotel guests, visitors, associates, or property (including this Service), or to others.

Use of material with copyright is forbidden and shall be users own creative work. Offensive, or any use of copyrighted material shall be subject to removal.
